Return Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

At Feminine Creatures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. According to EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your package, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@femininecreatures.com with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).

  • The item must be in its original packaging (pouch, box, and any certificates included).

  • The return must be initiated within the 14-day window mentioned above.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Any jewelry made to specific customer requirements (e.g., custom lengths, specific stone selections, or engravings).

  • Items on Sale: Products purchased during a clearance or "Final Sale" period.

Return Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Method: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as Registered Mail). Feminine Creatures is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs to rectify the error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Note: Original shipping costs from the initial order are non-refundable unless the product was defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at info@femininecreatures.com.
