Processing Time

All Feminine Creatures jewelry pieces are handcrafted with care. All orders are processed within 4–8 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all orders via ELTA (Hellenic Post) as Registered Mail, which includes a tracking number for every package.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply upon delivery. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping price. Feminine Creatures Jewelry is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress via the official ELTA website or your local national postal service portal.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@femininecreatures.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return Shipping: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Custom Orders: Items made to specific customer requirements are non-refundable.
