Shipping & Returns

Every Feminine Creatures piece is handcrafted in Athens, then sent to you with care. Here's what to expect.

Processing & dispatch

Because each piece is made by hand, orders are processed within 4–8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number.

Delivery times & rates

We ship via ELTA (Hellenic Post) as Registered Mail, with tracking on every package:

• Greece: €4.10 · 3–5 business days
• International: €11.00 · 10–18 business days

Delivery dates are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, remote locations or peak seasons. For orders outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns

We want you to love your piece. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, no reason needed, as long as it's unworn, unused and in its original packaging. Custom or personalised pieces and final-sale items can't be returned. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, and refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
