Returns and your rights

14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the order, without giving a reason. To withdraw, use the withdrawal button on our site, or email us at info@femininecreatures.com with your order number. Sending your request before the 14 days end is enough.

Sending the piece back

Please return the piece within 14 days of telling us, to the address we give you in our reply. Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.

Your refund

We refund everything you paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may wait until the piece has reached us or you have sent us proof of postage, whichever comes first. The refund goes to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.

Please handle your piece only as you would in a shop. If it comes back worn or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value. This does not affect your right to withdraw.

Pieces that can't be returned

Pieces made to your own specifications, such as a custom length or a piece designed for you, cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, because they are made for you alone.

The legal guarantee

Separately from the above, every piece is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. If a fault was present when the piece reached you, we will repair or replace it free of charge, or refund you if that isn't possible. A fault that appears within the first year is presumed to have existed at delivery. As each piece is handmade, repair is usually the quickest route, and I make the repairs myself.
